Verify every task on your floor. Catch the error before it becomes a chargeback.
Praxis watches receiving, pick, pack & ship — verifies each task against the order in real time, and captures the proof. No robots. No new barcodes.
- // 01
Don't ship the error and hear about it from the customer.
Catch it at the workstation, before the pallet is wrapped.
- // 02
Don't pay people to double-check other people.
Every task verified automatically, on every shift.
- // 03
Don't settle a chargeback you can't dispute.
Answer it with time-stamped video of that exact task.
Praxis does all three.

What if the same mistake never happened twice?
Nothing changes on your floor. Everything changes downstream.
Keep the people, equipment and systems you already have. Praxis adds guidance and verification while the work is happening — you just stop finding out about the errors from your customer.

A picker grabs the wrong lot code. It ships.
With PraxisFlagged at the workstation, before the pallet is wrapped.

The customer says four cases were short. You have a signature and a guess.
With PraxisTime-stamped video of that exact pick. You answer the claim instead of absorbing it.

Friday's shipments get reconciled on Monday.
With PraxisExceptions surface as they happen. Monday is just Monday.

Your best supervisor covers one shift out of three.
With PraxisThe same standard runs nights and weekends.

A new hire is trusted with real orders in month three.
With PraxisThe floor tells them when something's off, in week one.
Turn every job into a learning loop.
- // 01
Guide work
Tell each worker what the order and process require, at the workstation, while they are doing it — on full, partial and mixed pallets alike.
- // 02
Verify against the order
Catch mistakes while the work is still happening. A wrong lot code or a short count surfaces at the workstation, not when the customer calls.
- // 03
Capture what happened
Create a trustworthy record of how the job was performed — time- and location-stamped, so a chargeback is answered with evidence instead of memory.
- // 04
Improve what comes next
Use verified execution to improve the next job, so the same mistake stops repeating across shifts, lanes and people.
Distributors, importers, and 3PLs move execution from assumed to verified — and see fewer errors, higher throughput, and hours back every week.

Sits on top of the WMS you already run.
Praxis reads your orders and item master, and writes verified execution back. Your WMS and ERP stay where they are — no rip-and-replace, no new barcodes, no change to how your team picks.
Plus flat-file and API feeds for anything else on your floor.
3PL & distribution questions, answered.
// 01Does Praxis handle partial pallets, mixed cases and inventory outside active picks?
Yes. Praxis combines visual recognition with product and packaging data from your WMS or catalogue to identify cases, layers and units on full, partial and mixed pallets. It also observes inventory continuously as workers move through aisles, so incomplete pallets, misplaced stock and empty locations are detected even when no task is active.
// 02Does Praxis require barcodes on every product, location or pallet?
No. Praxis needs no new barcodes and no extensive relabelling. It relies on computer vision and an understanding of your workflows to guide and verify work. Existing barcodes are used where they are present, but they are not required.
// 03How does Praxis spot a discrepancy between physical inventory and the WMS?
It compares what is physically present against the latest inventory state from your WMS or ERP, reading labels, packaging, text and lot codes. Missing inventory, unexpected items and empty locations are flagged with time- and location-stamped evidence, so they can be resolved before they travel downstream.
// 04How does Praxis help with chargebacks and short-ship claims?
Every task carries a time-stamped visual record of what was actually picked, packed and shipped. When a customer claims a short-ship or a wrong item, you answer the claim with evidence of that exact task rather than absorbing the cost.
// 05How long does a warehouse deployment take?
Weeks rather than months. Teams typically start with one area — receiving or outbound — prove the result there, and expand from what worked.
